Video, Image & Audio Recording Consent For Quality Assurance

Effective as of January 1st, 2022 for past use and permission for present and future use is being granted to Global Presence Enterprises, LLC of 8362 Pines Blvd Unit 116, Pembroke Pines, Florida, 33024 / 10031 Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, Florida, 33024 / All Other Offices, to record pictures, video, or voice recording of Global Presence Prospects and Clients during office visits, and customer service calls to and from our staff on company or personal phones used for business. Media will be used for quality assurance, training purposes, and settling disputes. 

By continuing in our calls you give consent to be recorded on all present and future calls without the "consent message". 

Permission is being given by the undersigned, Global Presence Client, of Address on Client Profile, City on Client Profile, Florida, Zip Code on Client Profile (the "Recorded Party"), as more fully explained in this Consent and Release. The undersigned is an adult and fully authorized to sign this Consent and Release. 

THE UNDERSIGNED WARRANTS THAT THE UNDERSIGNED HAS READ THIS CONSENT AND RELEASE PRIOR TO MAKING PAYMENT, THAT THE UNDERSIGNED UNDERSTANDS IT, AND THAT THE UNDERSIGNED FREELY ENTERS INTO THIS CONSENT AND RELEASE. 

I agree that Global Presence Enterprises, LLC may record my telephone calls, office visits, or web meetings for quality and training purposes or the like.
