About JP Gosh Law

John “JP” Goshgarian has been advocating for the interest of both public and private sectors for over 67 years in the State of Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in St. Thomas University in 1986 and Juris Doctorate Degree in St. Thomas University School of Law in 1992. 

John was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1992 and had the privilege of serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable James Lawrence King, the US District Court Chief Judge in the Southern District of Florida. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Florida Office of Attorney General. 

After working as a government attorney, he entered private practice as an insurance defense attorney defending claims of professional malpractice, wrongful death, negligence, insurance claims, and tort. 

JP Goshgarian Law is a law firm dedicated to helping families, individuals, and businesses who others' negligence has harmed or failure to act honorably, professionally, or ethically.
