Our Founders
Jack Hakimian is the Chief Executive Officer. His focus is on growing the company in its mission of providing business growth services. His responsibilities include researching marketing trends and technology, recruitment of talent, and optimizing our product and service offerings. He has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Cross-Cultural Studies from Fuller Seminary which helps guide his philosophy of cultural contextualization, micro-influence, and relevant messaging with emerging and traditional markets. His experience as a counselor drives his understanding of the importance of listening to customers and markets when it comes to the substance of “what” they want, “how” they want it, and “when” they want it.

He has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Cross-Cultural Studies from Fuller Seminary, which helps guide his philosophy of cultural contextualization, micro-influence, and relevant messaging with emerging and traditional markets. Additionally, Mr. Hakimian’s Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Counseling Ministry from Life Pacific College, coupled with his extensive experience in counseling, has refined his capacity for deep listening and insightful interpretation of customer and market needs and preferences.
Jhael Hakimian is the Chief Operations Officer. She designs and implements business operations, policies, promotes company culture, and vision. She makes sure the client projects are properly and promptly completed. She provides individual and team training on the successful habits of leaders, effective communication, strategy, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). She received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Education from Miami Dade College and has over two decades of teaching, leadership development, and organizational management experience.

Jhael Hakimian, Chief Human Resource Officer, oversees team leadership training, effective communication strategies, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Her Cornell University Certificate in Human Resources Strategic Leadership enhances her ability to lead and inspire, complementing her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Education from Miami Dade College. With over two decades of experience in teaching, leadership development, and organizational management, she brings invaluable expertise to her role. Jhael also immersed herself in Biblical Studies at Life Pacific College and explored the depths of Worship Arts/Music at Azusa Pacific University.
