Jack Hakimian is the Chief Executive Officer. His focus is on growing the company in its mission of providing business growth services. His responsibilities include researching marketing trends and technology, recruitment of talent, and optimizing our product and service offerings. He has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Cross-Cultural Studies from Fuller Seminary which helps guide his philosophy of cultural contextualization, micro-influence, and relevant messaging with emerging and traditional markets. His experience as a counselor drives his understanding of the importance of listening to customers and markets when it comes to the substance of "what" they want, "how" they want it, and "when" they want it.
Jhael Hakimian is the Chief Operations Officer. She designs and implements business operations, policies, promotes company culture, and vision. She makes sure the client projects are properly and promptly completed. She provides individual and team training on the successful habits of leaders, effective communication, strategy, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). She received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Education from Miami Dade College and has over two decades of teaching, leadership development, and organizational management experience.

Jacob Hakimian is our Chief Digital Officer. As a Google Ads specialist, his responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing all of our client advertising campaigns. Monitoring and reporting performance of new and existing campaigns. Analyzing revenue, campaign performance, click and conversion rates, ROI, and daily ad spend. He also provides support to our work from home customer service and sales agents. He graduated from Miami Lakes Educational Center and Technical College with an emphasis in Television Production. May Alvarez is a Project Manager and Content Specialist. She has experience in media analysis, market research, and business planning--which she acquired while working as a senior media analyst for clients across various industries. May currently manages clients and ensures that all crucial tasks are carried out within a certain project.
