Business Partnership Agreement

Global Presence recognizes that the content and spirit of this Independent Contact Business Agreement has been communicated throughout the recruitment and on-boarding process of contractors.

This agreement is merely a confirmation that contractor fully understands the terms, expectations and freedoms they posses as an Independent Contractor.

The undersigned shall be deemed an Independent Contractor (IC) and is not an employee, partner, agent, or engaged in a joint venture with Global Presence Enterprises LLC. *

I acknowledge that I shall not be entitled to any fringe benefits, pension, retirement, profit sharing or any other benefits accruing to employees. I am responsible for any equipment leased or loaned by Global Presence Enterprises LLC. If lost, stolen or destroyed, I will contact Global Presence immediately, and the cost deducted from checking account or future payments. *

I acknowledge that as an Independent Contractor I have complete freedom to contract with the company of my choice, choose my work schedule and the best means to fulfill the project(s) I have been contracted for. Pay Period Agreement

Payments are made based on these pay schedules. Invoices should be sent to the accounting team by the end of the pay period to be paid by the next check date.

I acknowledge the pay period agreement and that some contractors may have different pay peroid depending on their work. *

Both parties reserve the right to terminate or void this contract at any time with written/email notification. The relationship is completely "at will". *
